1. Information We Do Not Collect
Unlike traditional cloud software services, Try & Tool is engineered specifically with a Privacy-First, Client-Side architecture. When you use our utilities (including JSON Formatters, UUID Generators, Regex Testers, PDF tools, Image converters, and Calculators):
- We do not transmit your inputs, documents, or data to any remote server.
- We do not save, store, log, or inspect files you drop or paste into the interface.
- We do not collect personal identifying information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
2. How Client-Side Processing Works
All computations, transformations, cryptographic hashes, formatting, and file rendering occur entirely inside your browser's sandbox via client-side JavaScript, Web Crypto API, and HTML5 Canvas.
3. Cookies & Local Browser Storage
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising profiling cookies. We may use standard browser localStorage solely to save non-sensitive, local user preferences (such as your preferred tab indentation or theme state) directly on your device. This data is never sent across the internet.
4. Analytics & Hosting Infrastructure
Our website is hosted on high-performance, secure cloud infrastructure. Standard HTTP server access logs (such as IP address, user-agent browser version, and requested page URL) may be processed temporarily by our hosting providers for DDoS mitigation, system health, and cybersecurity monitoring.
If aggregated web traffic analytics are enabled, they are strictly anonymized to understand page visit volumes and broken links without tracking individual users.
5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Under global data privacy regulations (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation / GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA), individuals have the right to privacy, data minimization, and non-discrimination.
Because we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data, your privacy rights are respected by default through our zero-collection architecture.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Try & Tool is safe for general audiences, students, and educators. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age.
